Band AU AU

"I'm so disappointed in myself. I saw a super cute guy at the studio when I went in for my consult, but I totally forgot to try and get his number." Link sighs dramatically, dropping their head into thei hand and casting a look over towards Chris.

"C'mon, I'm sure it's not thaaat bad." Chris replies with sympathetic look.

"But it iiiiis," They whine, "I'm probably never gonna see him again."

"You're such a pessimist, Link." Chris laughs, checking his phone as they wait for Ray to finally show up.

"No, but he was tall with some serious piercing work and, just ughhhh." Link groans once more before looking up at him.

"When did you say Ray was supposed to be here again?"

Drag Racing AU (AU)

The cheers and jeers of usuals rang throughout the surrounding crowd- all awaiting the adrenaline filled excitement of tonight.

Racing, it called for them, pulled them into some irresistible rush they succumbed to each and every time. It beckoned them closer, rushed them to go well over the speed limit and pedal to the metal.

Chris collected bets for tonight, wads of cash being tossed into a bunch of garbage bags he’d been sure to grab at the dollar store beforehand- he kept a chunk of the earnings, after all. His eyes darted amidst the crowd, looking for the flagger, Link. They were who introduced him to this whole gig actually, after the previous guy who collected the bets ended up ditching awhile back.
