Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo. It’s amazing and it’s finished and everyone should definitely read it.

start with How to Register and How to Connect since there’s some easy but necessary steps to get by the region lock on the game
afterwards you can go through How to Play and it’ll give a brief rundown of most of the things you need to know!!
early on i also made a visual guide with translated screenshots of the UI over here (though it’s by no means complete and some of the information/visuals might be outdated now so be warned!)
if you want all of the updated stuff with full english explanations just search around the wiki. trust me we have everything i help run it
