Trying to figure out the chord progression in ‘Wait For It’ after Burr is talking about Theodosia. It sounds like it goes flat in the recording but I can’t pin point the notes!😢 anyone?
Hamilton Casting and Hamilton Cosplaying (when on the subject of race)
Just saw two ridiculously long post on these subject and really think it's stupid as shit. It doesn't matter your race, religion, sexual orientation, preferred gender, or national background! Man, if there comes the day that it's time for new auditions for Hamilton and you're White, Black, Asian, Indian, Latino, etc., freaking go for it! I'm hearing people say "Don't auditions for Hamilton: An American Musical if you're white". Screw that! The point of it is that it's the story of America then being told by America today! That doesn't only mean people of color. That mean everyone! Every culture, every race! And hey, if you're wanting to cosplay for Hamilton, go on ahead and do it! There is no "Canon" for this musical! The actors are going to come and go, change with their races, ages, and sizes. So please stop saying white people don't belong in Hamilton because every race belongs in Hamilton.
