where do u find these things?? and How… how much do they usually cost?

i go on storenvy and etsy and i just search "cute collar" or sometimes i put other words like pastel, spiked, etc, in place of cute to find what i'm looking for, also it can change results to put choker in place of collar uou

they're usually handmade so they're like, $10-50 each depending on the seller!! the one i plan to buy is $32.00 ~
