My brain like 5 seconds after i created a linux blog:
Linux is awesome, I love Linux
But for the love of god if you don't know much about computers, don't install on your daily drive computer Arch or Arch based distribution as your first try with Linux. Install Mint first or even better install Mint in a virtual machine, get to know it well and learn how to use the console
Only then I would recommend trying out different distros, still it's good to try them in a virtual machine first.
Also if you don't know anything about virtual machines, watch some tutorials, learning about VMs will already teach you some useful stuff about your computer!
And uh,
I use arch btw ❤️
"the only thing you can do w linux is use the command line" is statistical error, arch gorg, who uses the command line every five minuets is an outlier and shouldn't've been counted
I am so tired of these distros identifying as "ubuntu" or "manjaro" or whatever the fuck. It doesn't matter how much you change, you will always have an Arch install or a Debain install.
