I always heard @liodensim was crappy to their players but I didn't expect it to effect me lol

We had multiple accounts on our IP (we had a few that we had lost passwords to but weren’t in use) so they politely contacted me and asked what was going on. That's fine! Great! I told them which ones were active (my main and alex's main) and which ones we don't use so they could get rid of the extra ones.

They FORGOT TO RESPOND and froze all of the accounts. They literally forgot to respond to my message and now I have no way to contact them.

Terrible customer service. I regret spending my time playing the game. :/
