The left is Cobalt Charged and the right one is Unplugged Violet, both from the Electric Shock Lip Lacquer Line by Revlon. Now that I’ve worn them, I can say from experience they aren’t like a traditional lacquer. Usually a lacquer is a thick version of a gloss. These you have to let dry like a liquid lipstick. This is similar to the Vice Special Effects lip toppers by Urban Decay. It’s a super pretty color, but it’s a real pain to apply/let dry completely.
