Something I always get asked about is what bronzer / contour products I use since I am very fair. Anyone who also has a fair complexion will know it's hard to find a shade match because some products are too orange and others don't blend out very well. So today I wanted to share with you my favourite products from Charlotte Tilbury!
Let's start with contour, I always recommend the Hollywood Contour Wand in shade light to medium, £30.00. This is a liquid contour product you use to add some shape and definition to your face. Personally I'm a big fan of this formula because you can blend it out as sheer as you like or build up the formula for a sharper contour. Though contour is typically a cool toned product, some days I use this as a bronzer shade if I'm not wearing a traditional bronzer and want a lighter face base. Unlike other products this contour is a liquid formula in a cushion tip applicator so you can control exactly where you apply the product and you can lock the applicator so it does not waste product. The wand is £30 but since a little goes a long way, it will last you a long time.
Now we've covered contour let's chat about bronzing products. First up we have the Beautiful Skin Sun-Kissed Glow Bronzer, £45.00, shade: Fair 1. If you aren't used to wearing bronzer then a cream formula is a great place to start because you can blend out the formula if you put on too much product or build up if you want more colour. Personally I love using this formula because it is made with hyaluronic acid and sunshine provitamin D3 for a beautiful, healthy looking, beachy bronzed glow. I adore this product and I can honestly say I've had it for over 2 years now and I've barely dented the product in the pan.
However if you prefer a powder bronzer formula I would recommend the Airbrush Bronzer, £45.00 also in shade: Fair 1. Unlike the cream bronzer this powder formula gives you a matte bronzed finish. This powder is the perfect formula because it starts off sheer and then you can build up the pigment. Unlike other powder formulas this powder doesn't cake on top of your makeup ans blends like a dream. Sometimes I like to wear this powder by itself and other times I use it to set my cream bronzer in place.
So if you're looking to add some colour to your complexion this winter season and love Charlotte Tilbury, I really recommend you trying these products out. As always all products mentioned are linked above.
