Just sold my Nintendo 64 and games to my only IRL Freind for 100$ and working on selling my MTG cards possibly around 3-400$.
I am currently liquidating my assets because I'm preparing to move.
At $640 a month is too expensive to have a neighbor pounding on your wall and knocking your paintings off and not being allowed to cook and not having any privacy I just can't take it anymore.
But I'm not moving with desperation this time.
I probably moved almost 20-25 times when I lived in Missouri over the past 20 years before I finally left my abusive family and moved to Indianapolis. Every time I moved in Missouri it was because I was looking for somewhere to remind me at home which I hadn't figured out at that time home is something that you build not something that exists before you.
When I moved from Missouri to Indiana to Indianapolis I did out a desperation to get away from my abusive family.
This time I am leaving a nasty situation of an environment but I'm moving with purpose because it's not just to get away from things is to move toward a goal.

I found a few places in Virginia that was relatively cheap for rent without having to sacrifice privacy and self-respect. (They also have art events like shows that my paintings would fit in perfectly.
450$ to 600$ for an actual apartment or studio room + place to sell/make art? Better than 650 to barley stay alive.
