Headcannon time!
At the end of each school year Grace takes his students on a field trip. The students get to choose where.
Because i am swedish as fuck I'll be usinc Liseberg as an example.
One student forced Grace onto Flumrider. Grace now has a keychain of himself and 3 students going down the big drop. Grace looks terrefied on the picture but he still has that dumb keychain on his lanyard.
Another student forced him onto Helix. He has that picture as a magnet on his whiteboard. He looks even more scared in this one, but his students laugh every time they see it.
When Grace is in Space (heh, it rhymes) on the way to Erid, he finds them. He finds the keychain and the magnet and suddenly remembers. Remembers how he explained G-force to the kids after going on Helix and using that as an example, and then explaining magnets and hydraulics after Atmosfear (he was forced on that one as well), and so on and so forth.
Colt came along once. Went on Valkyria like eight times with the students. They call him "cooler Grace". Colt wears that nickname with pride. Grace always rolls his eyes.
Colt loves atmosfear and valkyria and helix and loke because A, the adrenaline rush, and B, Grace fucking hates them.
You bet that Grace called at least one of the rides the "Stroke maker 3000".
Because Colt is in a wheelchair, he gets to skip all of the cues. Sure, the paper work is exhausting, put 2 students always tag along with him on the elevator, and Colt always waits for the students that didn't fit on said elevator. Grace smiles whenever he thinks about that.
