7: Romantic Kiss

There was still something about the blonde woman standing in front of him that still made him a tiny bit nervous. He wasn’t sure if it was because of who she was or just her in general but no woman had ever actually left him nervous before. They had been seeing each other for some time bu now and still, Sean was excited and nervous about tonight’s date. It was their first proper date and Sean had tried hard to set everything up perfectly.

The night consisted of a picnic under the stars in a small park that not many people went to. Sean had managed to get an assortment of foods from a small cafe he frequented at, ranging from small salads and sandwiches to chocolate covered strawberries for dessert and a small bottle of wine that the woman at the cafe has insisted would to perfect with their dessert. 

Once the meal was eaten, they lay there on the grass staring up at the skies. The night had been perfect and for once their evening had had no interruptions. Lissa lay there staring up at the skies and she seemed to be off in a world of her own, yet Sean couldn’t help thinking that her beauty was far better than the stars and lay there watching her from the corner of his eyes. 

Lissa caught him watching her and smiled over at him, Sean couldn’t help himself at that moment. He brought his hand up to cup her cheek and slowly leaned in to kiss her softly.

Formal Meeting - {Lissa x Sean}

Entering the room, she felt all eyes on her. She knew that some would question her attire, it not being fitting for a Queen to wear something so tight and revealing, a part of the reason she decided to wear this dress. If she wanted to invoke change within in the Moroi world, she would have to start with the look of the monarch and, remind them all that she was still young, but that shouldn't change their opinion of her policies.

Walking around the room, being greeted by various Royal's, she came to a pause when she noticed her sister and Eddie, dancing together. Their aura's were glowing, lighting off the other's, they seemed to move in complete sync with one another. It was rather beautiful. She was so caught up with it that, as she began to move again, after having got some punch, she bumped someone's elbow, making her drink spill.

“Oh,” her hand flew to her mouth. “I'm so sorry, I wasn't paying attention.” She hadn't got any of it on her dress or the man's clothes but it did get his hand and she quickly reached for some napkins and started cleaning it up. “I-so sorry. I should have been watching what I was doing.” Her eyes lifted to his.
