it's probably not raw meat itself that hurts cats, it's probably something humans put in raw meat when processing it

so i googled it and apparently its a risk of food poisoning. fresh raw meat wouldn't carry that risk. So don't feed your cat something that you wouldn't eat. I also looked up the tuna thing and apparently you shouldn't feed cats tuna exclusively but its fine as long as they are getting a balanced diet. that whole post bothered me because many things on the list aren't actually toxic so the word "poisonous" is extremely misleading. sorry for the rant.
