#Repost @jeffgermond with @repostapp. ・・・ Closed out the year working on weaknesses...2014 might have been the best year of my life! I am sad to see it go but excited for the future. I qualified and participated in the @crossfitgames, a five year goal. @andreagermond and I welcomed #littej into our lives, and the @crossfitnola family has continued to grow!
