Hi! I was just wondering if you had any advice on how to start a little journal?😊

hi!! I personally haven't started one yet but I really really want to!

I think the most important thing to start is actually choosing the journal! it has to be a size you'll be comfortable using that fits what you want to do with it. I usually like A5 for my journals but for my agere journal I want an A4 or even bigger because 1, it'll make me feel little, 2, I don't plan on carrying it anywhere, 3, I want to be able to print out and stick activity and colouring sheets in it.

I was stressing a lot over the fact that all the cute journals didn't have enough pages for me (I want a big one that will last), so I decided that it's okay if I find one I don't like aesthetically because decorating it with stickers, paint or even cloth, will be really fun and make it super personal!

For the actual content, that's super personal for each little and the age range you are! I age slide, so when I'm between 1-3 I'll like colouring with crayons and playing with stickers and doing stuff with my caregiver; when I'm 4-7 I'll prefer writing short little things like describing my dream little room or paci, doing profiles for my stuffies, copying or printing out cute poems or short stories, doing activity sheets, etc; and when I'm a little older like 10-12 I'll write little journal entries and stick photos and decorate them with stickers and drawings of my own, write out recipes or little tasks/to-do lists

if you want ideas for content to draw or write, there's loads of good posts on tumblr, you can look for little journal prompts

hope this was a little helpful!! have lots of fun and remember to make it personal for your little needs! so if you want to take it places with you, a smaller size would be better, or if you only want to colour or only write that's super okay and I'm sure it'll look really cute!

ABSOLUTELY NOT! You are never too young/too old to regress. Regression is a coping mechanism, it is sfw and there's nothing about it that a minor can't partake in!
