Oooh does that GC report get emailed to you or something?
It does - I was rooting around in the Garmin Conenct app on my phone looking to disable a few of the alerts I get on my watch without much success; I think I found and enabled the setting for a weekly email. Maybe I turned it on after my run on Monday so it didn’t start collecting data till after?

What’s next on the race schedule?
My next race is a VERY local 5k this Saturday(I can walk to the start)! It’s timed but not competitive so I might combine it with a little bit of a longer run.
Since I’m running NYC for “fun” in November, I decided I can have more fun this summer too! Currently I’m registered for:
July- Endless Summer 6 Hour Relay (third year in a row)
August-Luray International Triathlon (my first Olympic distance, gulp)
September-Dogfish Dash 8k (fifth year in a row? I didn’t run it last year but I spectated so I’m counting that). I REALLY want to PR this one.
And I am pretty sure I’m going to register for the Dogfish Head Grand Fondo in October and the Parks Half Marathon (hoping to PR) in September. I’m also a member of the local tri club and they have some casual workouts/races that I may throw in for fun.

Are you tracking your weight on garmin connect?
Kind of? I haven’t found a way to auto-sync the data from my Withings scale over to it, so every once in a while I enter it manually. But the graph is from a website http://trendweight.com/ that was pretty easy to pull data from Withings.

Mostly old man aches and pains, but if I had to put a bet on anything it’d be on the new(ish) shoes I wore Tuesday.

Ugh ��- bachelorette parties are hell. I faked the flu to get out of going to my sister in law's Disney princess themed weekend. Karma means I got the flu for realz the following weekend.
So far I’m surviving but this morning it felt like my cold was getting a little worse. At least I got to catch up on my sleep and then lounge around for hours before moving today :)
