HI!! tyyy for this!!! 49 haaaah this song is can i kiss you by dahl which is. PERFECT for this game bc it is a song that i have on my buddie playlist and one that i think is SO perfect for them so coming up with a fic idea for it+them? E X C E L L E N T 👏

im thinking buddie who have been on the cusp of something for soooo long and like. they both know, like buck knows how he feels about eddie and eddie knows how he feels about buck AND, crucially, they both also know about the other, they just haven't acknowledged it yet. they are dancing around that elephant in the room!!! and im just thinking it would be something soft and sweet, like they're out with friends maybe, and it's been such a good night, and maybe they're both a little tipsy but not so far gone that they're not in their right mind. they're just loose, yknow. and they're feeling good and it's been a really really great night, and maybe they're at a bar and the group starts to dwindle and then it's just the two of them left, and maybe they leave too, but they aren't ready to go home yet so they're just kind of like walking down the street together. and its a nice night too, so they just walk, together. and theyre bumping their shoulders into each other and like their hands are maybe brushing too and they keep stealing peeks at each other and catching each other in the act which just makes them smile these kind of lovesick little bashful smiles. and then at one point one of them just. one of them takes the leap. maybe they like come up to a street corner, and eddies like should we go left or right and buck just. he just kisses him, as his answer. and then suddenly the direction they go isn't even important as buck is being pressed against the street lamp in turn and theyre kissing and kissing and kissing. and they break apart with those big big matching smiles and they laugh a little and then kiss some more. and they don't even have to say a word about any of it bc they're both so on the same page about it all and it's just. it's so nice. and maybe they aren't far from bucks place? and yknow the night is nice and they love spending time together so they decide to just walk back to bucks, only they keep pausing to kiss up against the nearest wall or bush or lamppost and then they finally make it back to bucks and they cross that threshold inside and they keep kissing and kissing and they wind up in bucks bed but like. they just kiss. until their lips are sore and their cheeks hurt from smiling and they're sleepycozy from the alcohol and the feeling of being wrapped up in each other. and yeahhhh. 🥺

22. What’s the longest book you read?

okay two answers here. 1. i read the omniscient reader's viewpoint webnovel in three days, which was over 900k words and i don't even have a page count for it, which is definitely the actual answer, HOWEVER 2. the longest PHYSICAL book i read was xx by rian hughes, which was about a thousand pages long. not nearly to the length of orv. but a hefty brick all the same.

That’s Gerry, definitely! Back when Jon was in college, Gerry would stand outside the window to Jon’s classroom making a fool of himself just blowing kisses and holding silly little signs while Jon tried his best to ignore him (face fucking burning and with the biggest smile on his face) In present times Martin dreads forgetting his lunch at home because it means this ridiculous man will come bring it to him at the office, oftentimes with flowers and plans to stick around and be utterly and completely distracting. Sometimes he ‘forgets it’ on purpose.

Best part though? Gerry can dish it, but he definitely can’t take it. As soon as Jon or Martin do something as simple as kiss his cheek or compliment him in public, he’s defeated, he’s done, he can’t function.

Who is more likely to send cutesy texts to the other?

Ahhh, all three of them do in their own way! 

Martin is more likely to send little “thinking of you” and “miss you” ‘s through the day. Gerry sends Jon and Martin memes and little doodles he makes when he’s thinking of them. Jon texts the less out of the three of them because he loses his phone a lot, but he sends Martin and Gerry pictures and videos of things that remind him of them.

the pickins….. they are slim. BUT the two that rlly stick out to me as favorites are

‘blossoming alone all over you’ by Amber which is a cute au where gerry’s a musician, martin’s a poet, and jon’s a radio dj (cw for miscommunications/discussions about asexuality just bc i know it can squick some people out or pull them from the fic entirely. it’s brief)

and ‘the edge in your affection (broke my skin)’ by quantumducky which is a Canon Except Gerry Lives au and it is 2 chapters in and,,,, hasn’t updated since december,,,, but the introductions of gerry to jon and martin are very good, very cute, i melt

Ahahaha. Those are dangerous waters.

All my current WIPs, and the most upcoming stuff is all exchange fic. I’ve got a bunch of fic that I need to get written this week. I literally do NaNo as “do all my exchange fills and pinch hits, and if I have leftover words, WRITE ALL THE TREATS”. So, I am definitely a renegade NaNo person. <3

I also run far too many exchanges. (No really; I have a masterpost coming out tomorrow going over the... ten, I think? exchanges being run between myself and two friends this holiday season. I’m not going to be signing up for two of them, but I’ll be signing up for at least three exchanges _not_ run by me, so. It makes up the difference XD) (Yes, I’m slightly mad, but I love doing it.)

THAT SAID.

There’s an original novel I’ve wanted to write for a while that... hm. it’s kind of weird to explain, but it involves a Ukrainian girl imagining a Canadian boy about eight years her senior into existence? Told by the POV from the boy’s best friend. Yes, it’s weird. But I swear it makes sense in my head, with some very poignant scenes.

There’s also a BNHA musical theatre AU that I have FAR TOO MANY HEADCANONS FOR and ACTUALLY NEED TO WRITE.

I have a framing device and everything. I just am. Erm. Lacking a plot. ToT

Once I have one, I look forward to writing that story. XD
