Drift dipped in chocolate... Vegan of course
Lol I feel like Drift being an ingredient makes this treat very not-vegan.
They’ve never tried chocolate but there was a night of experimentation involving whipped cream, which ended in Drift laughing so hard he fell over like a ninepin and rolled off the bed.
I noticed that the heatwave that's hitting us in Seattle is hitting Victoria as well. Hope you can stay cool this weekend!
Eeek yes, it's going to be roasty. Not as bad as some of the hot spots further south, though. Thanks for your note, and stay cool yourself!
The night’s coming back to him one memory at a time and he’s loving every moment of it ❤️
@littlenyao and I were talking.... we're gonna need some tag on AO3 to mark works inspired by you. I'm thinking "Buttlights inspired". But I'm also wondering what other creative ideas your other followers might have.
.... Buttformers? I like Buttformers?
I'm going to be participating in Dratchet Party next week (thanks for the reminder), and I was wondering if it would be alright to post a story on AO3 based on some of your HF Dratchet posts for the event?
It would be more than alright! I’d be delighted. Please let me know when it’s posted so I can read it 😊
Thank you for your wonderfully written post about Ratchet and privilege! I didn't send the ask, but it's great to see this aspect called out. The progression Ratchet makes from failing several times (making things about himself, dismissing the visions) before finally listening to Drift when Drift demonstrates how he wants to be treated ("I believe that you believe that you can see it") is one of my favorite parts of this story, and I like how how you phrase it with identity articulation and redefinition.
Thanks, dude! Honestly, Ratchet’s evolving stance on the underpinnings of Drift’s spirituality is a topic in itself, and I agree, his progression from “This is an act and you are a phony” to “I believe that you believe that you can see it” to “Hey guys, my fiancé remembers the future” is one of the most gratifying dimensions of this pairing and deserves way more attention.
Love your first kiss story! You have such a great descriptive voice that I always look forward to your fics in how detailed and touching they are. Thank you!
Thanks dude! It was a challenge to write that scene, so I’m glad you liked it!
