FORGOT I had this painting practice (attempting shading values before colour) and its just been sitting there, ready to colour. My bad lol. I think it looked better before colours, but I learnt a LOT doing it & can see the improvement in some other pieces :)
I've worked on this for like 2-3 hours... I don't really feel like doing ANOTHER 2 hours to shade Littlesniff right now, so y'all can see what I've currently.
Seeing how my paintings will look if I get values down WITHOUT the distraction of colours :3c
About 18 hours of work on these girls (+ Stick)
A herd of Queer Deer that Becky is friends with. I keep forgetting to upload the shorts they’re featured in (my bad) but Becky spends a week with them and they teach each other valuable life skills. Tenderhoof teaches Becky how to regulate her emotions about boys, and Becky teaches Twig Snout how to cross the road without getting hit by a truck.
