Yuuri chuckles, the vibrations of his chest seeming to wake Victor up a bit. “Tempting as that sounds, the water is going to get cold eventually.”

Welcome representative! You are correct!! Liam really is great and so relaxed and I very much appreciate him as an interviewer! He doesn’t seem to care that much about his own ‘image’ and just tries to have a good time and make everyone else have a good time too which I admire a lot! So yes, I wholeheartedly agree with you although this is the first time I’ve seen the term Kiwi humour and heard about the donuts - I only like him more for it though

there are a few rings, in a few wips, but have this one from a later chapter of oblivion

Yuuri’s stomach drops. “You- you’re married?”

“Is that so surprising?” he asks playfully, reaching into his shirt and pulling something out, which he dangles in front of his face. When Yuuri leans in, he sees it clearly. A gold band hangs from a chain around his neck. “I had to wear it here because I’ve been… well, I’ve been working with my hands a lot and I don’t want to lose it.”

“It’s… it’s beautiful.”

“It is,” Victor agrees, looking down at it for a moment before pulling it off the chain and slipping it onto his right ring finger. He raises his hand to eye level and looks at it for a moment, so wistfully that Yuuri feels like he’s intruding on a private moment.

“What’s he like? Your husband, I mean.”

“He’s… he’s wonderful, Yuuri.” The look on Victor’s face is rapturous, like the sun breaking through the clouds. He just lights up with warmth and affection and love, and Yuuri tries to ignore the pang of jealousy he feels seeing Victor so excited to talk about another man. “He’s kind and brilliant and beautiful and strong…Though he sometimes doesn’t see it himself.”
