The thing I love about shooting last night is that… it was a challenge with the manual focus during a live show… but I loved the lighting— it was so sci-fi feeling! A photographer came up to me after the show and asked me if I was shooting in manual focus and I told him that I was indeed, but that had not my plan! I also spoke to Tim after the show who told me that he stopped to pose a few times and I told him that I appreciated that! … I did not expect to be going to the show because originally I was supposed to be working… So I only brought along some lenses for an outdoor portrait shoot—one of them being a completely manual focus lens… so last night was all about being creative!
