I have recently discovered Sarah Blondin and her beautiful meditations on Insight Timer. It felt like it was an accident but then I looked back at my therapy notes and it was actually recommended for me to listen to her over two months ago. Full circle /slash/ whoops 🤷🏼♀️ Anyways, I’m in the mindset now where I can approach meditation daily because Sarah’s meditations are so delightfully digestible. Sometimes the idea of silence is too intimidating when it comes to meditating, and Sarah guides you through a stream of thoughts where the narration gets lost and begins to feel like it’s your inner voice talking to you. At least this is how it has begun to feel for me. In my favorite “Loving and Listening to Yourself” Sarah asks you to say “I Love You” to yourself. Over and over again. An act that made me cry the first, second, and third time I did it. If you’ve been on the fence about meditation, this feels like a very accessible place to start. Also the Insight Timer app is a free and beautiful donate what you can resource for folks seeking peace around the world. I hope you will download it. Listen to it. And I hope you’ll cry when you realize you really do love yourself. So so very much. 🦋🌀💙💧 @insighttimer @sarahfinds #insighttimer #sarahfinds #liveawake #meditation #sayiloveyou #positiveaffirmations #dailyinspiration #handlettering #digitaldrawing #digitalpainting #cursivewriting #color #selfcare #selflove #drawing #selfcarestudio (at Milwaukee, Wisconsin) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bsg5mVinNrp/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1imwmopau8fes
