Every year 6,600 women are diagnosed with gynaecological cancer - that’s 18 women a day - 2,100 of them will not survive. @womencanfund raises funds to support ANZGOG’s gynaecological cancer research that will improve outcomes for women now and in the future, you can support them by donating or taking part in their online auction and virtual gallery. Gyno cancer is incredibly close to my heart, and having held my gram’s hand through her own endometrial cancer journey, I am so honoured to be able to do my bit, be a small part of the narrative, and donate “I’ve Got You” to the Honour Her campaign. HOMEMADE HAIR MASK FOR DRY HAIR Banana Eggs Honey Olive Oil Nourish and hydrate.

The banana provides nutrients to your scalp and hair follicles. While helping maintain your hair’s natural elasticity, it also prevents breakage and split ends.

The Honey will provide moisture and shine to even the dullest hair.  Egg yolk and almond milk both contain proteins which help strengthen your hair.

Olive oil moisturizes, conditions dry and brittle strands.

Recipe  :

1 banana

1 egg (yolk only)

2 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of almond milk

Blend everything together, make sure is perfectly blended.

Scoop it out into a clean bowl.

The mixture will be pretty liquid so make sure to protect yourself and area while applying.

Apply the mixture on your hair then cover it for better penetration. Keep it on between 20 min to 60 min.

Rince your hair with lukewarm water, following by your wash routine shampoo, conditionner and end with cold water to close your hair follicles.

You can do this mask 2 times a week for best results.
