it’s finally time for another requested liveblog woop! this one happens to be a fic i’ve been eyeing off for a while now, Someone Else’s Starr written by the incredibly kind and talented @missjanuarylily featuring her lovely OC Tatum Starr. so here we go with a liveblog of Chapter 1!

fun fun fun what a cheery start... (jks i do love my angst let’s go!!)

oh great! even better! 

ahhhhhh scott being gentle never fails to make me swoon. everything will be okay tatum! you’ve got your wonderful cousin scott on your side!

(i couldn’t resist!)

scott apologising to a stuffed toy because he knows his cousin is grieving and he wants to help any way he can!!!!! it’s too much!!!! my heart!!!!

yep this basically sums up my feelings towards stiles stilinski too.

well okay if i wasn’t a mess already in this chapter, this ruined me! poor tatum!!! ugh how heartbreaking to have that cruel realisation of reality!

i’m already so curious about tatum’s history with stles, like why so irritated? and why do i already ship them?? i can’t help it.  is that bad??? automatic irritation is my shipping kryptonite...

i was not expecting such a great story behind that nickname omg.

ahhh what an intriguing ending to a solid first chapter!! i’m so interested to see more of tatum and how she fits in with the mccalls as well as interacting with the rest of the pack, especially when things change again! something tells me there will be plenty of drama ahead and i can’t wait to keep reading!

Ahhh Anon you must have read my mind! Blue Moon is absolutely on my list of fics to liveblog so I should have that liveblog up soon! Thanks so much for the suggestion :)

I'm happy to see you back. You're such a great influence for the community. If you're looking for stories to liveblog there's a couple of people reworking/rewriting their fics you might want to check out. Splintered is a rewrite from huntsthemoon and susiesamurai has one called Out of the Woods.

Thank you so much for saying that! I definitely missed doing liveblogs since they’re so much fun and I know I adore getting liveblogs of my own fics so it’s nice to spread that love around. And I absolutely adore @huntsthemoon;’s fic Splintered and @susiesamurai’s fic Out of the Woods (I actually did a liveblog of chapter 1 for OOTW recently but I’m happy to do another chapter!) so I’ll definitely add them to my list and they should be posted over the next week or so! Thanks for sending these in and for helping to spread the positivity! <3

you're absolutely one of the kindest people around here, as shown by your enthusiasm to spread positivity! that said, i'm always down to read any of your liveblogs, but maybe you could do one of yourpalmoony's the gloaming/the awakening? whichever one you're at?

Ah thank you so much for this sweet message! I definitely try to encourage positivity as much as I can because really at the end of the day we’re all just here to share our fics with each other so I do what I can to make everyone feel appreciated. And yes I absolutely adore @yourpalmoony and The Gloaming! I’m in the process of catching up now so I’ll do a liveblog of the chapter I’m up to at the moment. I should have it up later today :)

Ah yes that is totally on my fic list! I’ve been a little busy lately with my own fics and with life getting more hectic than anticipated, but I definitely plan on doing some liveblogs soon and @bellamysgirl‘s Sea of Glass is something I’m super keen to liveblog so stay tuned for that soon!
