Bondi-Bound

WE GOT A HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exciting day today for the Harad Household.  We found our new home!   We will live in the trendy North Bondi, also known as the Eastern Suburbs.  Mostly importantly, we will be a 10 minute walk from the beach!!!  That is essential when the weather near 100 degrees F (or higher we fear).  We are thrilled to be in this more family-focused part of Bondi, and the home we found is beautiful.  It’s about the size of our San Francisco place plus an additional bedroom.  

Additional note: almost missed this one since it is a flat, not a house. I did not have my search criteria set for apartment - luckily, Mitchel did. we were hoping that since we are in our 40s that having a single family Home could actually happen...but, we chose quality and location over SFH. We knew something's gotta give since we have a penchant for living in the world's most expensive housing markets; alas we feel triumph for now having the opportunity to be the upstairs neighbor instead of the ones getting stomped Upon. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
