Got the new Apple Watch series 5!!! 🤗 so there’s this idea out there that spirituality and materialism can’t exist simultaneously — that in order to be a “spiritual” person, you have to be a nun living in recluse, praying and meditating all day, giving and giving and never thinking of yourself, totally denouncing this physical life of evil and sin. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but I disagree! Lol. My belief is that we were put on this Earth to have fun and enjoy ourselves! And yes help others and stay connected to a higher power - not getting too attached to anything physical as it is all transient - but savoring the process, the ecstatic experience of it all!
