               Ｘ ⋮  he taps a finger lightly against puckered violet lips, crimson orbs observing the small prince. curious he is, but he will  T E L L  not  S H O W. frieza was never quite willing to display his  G E N U I N E  emotions. doing so would make him nothing but  E A S Y  to read, && he’d rather not have  T H A T. he was a man of many secrets— secrets not even his most trusted underling would hear tell of.              ❛  O H O H O— vegeta. what a surprise meeting you                                  so soon after our most recent squabble. && here i’d           thought perhaps you might be  S M A R T E R  than that for once.                                              a  P I T Y, really. . . ❜ his tail  T H W A P S  heavily against the side of his tiny ship as the alien searches vegeta’s face for the anger he so  L O V E S  to evoke. alas, vegeta seems to be keeping himself as  R E S E R V E D  as frieza himself today. rather than being  D I S A P P O I N T E D, the ice demon merely chuckles, shaking his head.                  ❛ ——though, i suppose it really isn’t a problem. i did                       have a few  Q U E S T I O N S  to ask about that little                                                        friend of yours . . . ❜

HE was standing in some sort of wasteland. How did he get here? Why did  it look so familiar? Had he been here before? Yes, he recalls seeing this place before. It was planet Namek. But why would he be here? Wait —- who  was that ahead? Just beyond Goku, there was someone standing on a plateau. Upon locking his gaze on the figure, a sick twisted feeling sank into his stomach. He recognized that sinister energy.                                                                             FRIEZA.

BUT he was not alone, for more figures seemed to materialize from thin air. The carcasses of his friends and family. Gohan, Krillin, Piccolo… all of them… DEAD. Anger began to boiling from within him. Goku could feel the energy coursing through his body, a feeling he was all too familiar with now. Before he knew it, his rage exploded in a brilliant show of lights as he ascended into the legendary super saiyan. But before he knew what had happened, suddenly Goku shot up out of bed, his forehead covered in sweat beads. THAT was BIZARRE. HE hadn’t dreamt of Namek in —- god, he didn’t even know how long. Why would he think of it now? His dark gaze loomed over to the window —– oh yeah. That’s why. He was traveling through space, which in turn might have stirred old memories. MEMORIES of a long, long time ago. It had been YEARS since Namek, since Cell, since Buu…                                             Since ChiChi’s death… IT still haunted him, even to this day. Curse him and his genetics. Saiyans and their genes coded for longer life spans; that fact had never actually sunk in until one day ChiChi looked different. She looked… older, and frail; then she was gone. Goku wasn’t the only one affected by the genetic curse. Though he may never admit it, Bulma’s death hit Vegeta hard. But time has somewhat healed old wounds, and life goes on. It wasn’t until recently that the two had gone digging through some of  the old things Bulma had been working on at the Capsule Corps. A few weeks ago, they found something quite interesting.  GOKU and Vegeta found an old model of a space craft the bluenette had been working on years ago and had taken it upon themselves or more so vegeta did to give it a few  tweaks and take it out. Seeing as it was working properly, the two had actually given  thought to starting a sort of ‘adventure’. Life on earth had been quite peaceful as of  late, and what better way to spend the time then by a bit of space traveling. NORMALLY the two rivals would have been a bit hesitant to make such a journey with each other, but Goku didn’t know much about where things were located in space and the only other person who would have some sort of idea would be the prince himself. So here they were, thousands of miles away from home floating through the cosmos. THE earth raised Saiyan yawned and stood up from the confines of his bed.  With a few stretches, the male walked over to Vegeta’s room in the ship and  gave a knock. 

                                 “VEGETA? You in there?”

“Catch.”

Gohan tossed a small, green legume to the Prince of all Saiyans, already resting in his Super Saiyan form. He’d called Vegeta to the Gravity Chamber for one reason and one reason alone.

                     “Senzu bean. We’re gonna work this out the Saiyan way.”

       Goku had come to understand in his time with Vegeta that sentimentality had its place and it certainly didn’t involve him. The time for talk was brief and often unwanted, hurried with uncomfortable spans of silence that Goku (gladly) filled with one-sided conversations. Vegeta was different; Vegeta never came for a for small-talk, or for a friendly ear to aid in the relief of his troubles. 

He came to  f i g h t.

“I guess there’s no helpin’ this, huh?” the younger sayian smiled before giving his neck a prepatory crack.

                         “Y’sure you don’t wanna eat first?”

ooc. oKAY so my music taste is all over th e place rly….. I would LIKE to say my favourite genre is alternative rock tho???? The first artist that comes to mind is Adam Gontier B/C I just love him so much. But I do listen to all types of music!!
