Regular meditation helps me stay grounded in my purpose, to keep my priorities in check, and provides a foundation for growth and exploring the emotions that arise daily (which are MANY these days). 🧘🏼♀️ I’ve found that I can slow my sharp/quick reactionary responses; instead pausing and choosing how I want to interact with daily inputs thus shaping my experience in a positive way. My favorite app to use is @headspace which offers multiple guided packs and one-off “rescue” sessions ranging from 3min to 45/50min sessions.
