Roadkill for dinner?
Seriously, I have a wonderful friend who has on occasion taken home roadkill for her dogs and if its fresh enough will cook some up for herself. She skins and tans the hide also. I would love to hear you thoughts about this, especially vegetarians as many choose not to eat animals due to the way they are raised and abused. Is eating road kill more ethical?
