Repeatedly I've heard "you don't give a n***@ a chance" & I stood my ground because if you want a chance you should be showing me that you deserve a chance. Against my better judgement I gave "a n***@ a chance" & of course he proved himself to be a "true n***@" & not a "real man" I would usually be disappointed, not this time. Hurt yes, disappointed no. I'm proud of myself for acknowledging a fault/judgement that others see in me & dealing with it. This has been a lesson I will not soon forget. Others will always find something wrong with you, you have to learn to trust & know yourself, so you will know constructive criticism when you hear it as opposed to negative chatter of people who don't even deserve to be in your life.
