I conquered my fears thanks to reading a book by @brenebrown recently and approached a family I had noticed living out of their cars for the past few weeks in my neighborhood. I was at a loss at what to do. Today, Sunday September 3, 2017 I mustered up the courage to meet them and ask what they needed. I was most surprised when I found out they needed cleaning supplies, dog food, and an ice chest. Pictured are step-son Charles, Nancy, dog Jake, and the items they needed which I bought for them at Target. Not pictured is Nancy's husband Gary. They told me they need a mechanic's help to fix their car. Nancy said she needs a new electric wheelchair. They are living out of their vehicles in Cypress/Garden Grove area. DM me if you want to join me in helping make their lives a little easier. Thank you to @paulysproject and @giving_gal and @tnorman23 and @tote4friendz and @laoncloud9 for inspiring me to help strangers in need who are homeless.
