{рус: восстановление и концентрация} Happy Monday! How was everyone’s weekend?! We spent the best time with friends and V and double E’s acquired new BFFs. I already had my ears buzzed off about when we can go back again. . Let kick the start of the week with some practices productivity. I will start with unwinding (today) and focusing techniques (tomorrow). . For productivity and focus, I found it to be very important to clear, unwind and relax the mind first. Here are some practices that help me: • breath focus Seems so simple, but it is one of the biggest relaxation practices that have an immediate effect and are very easy to perform. Close your eyes. Take a SLOW deep breath, counting from 1 to 8, and inhale the air into the very bottom of your belly. Hold it for 2-3 second after you get to the count of 8, and SLOWLY release the air in the reverse action. Repeat 3-4 times. • body scan As you are doing this breathing technique , feel how arms, legs and the entire body become heavy. Feel your body becoming so heavy, that you can’t possibly lift even your eyelids • visualization After you feel like your body becomes marble-heavy, with the next exhale, visualize all heaviness evaporating with the air you are exhaling, and with the following inhale , see the flood of shimmering light - any color - filling the body until every cell is filled with this colorful shimmering light. When you feel ready, open your eyes. This exercise takes at most 5 minutes to do and it’s one of the best way to “de-stress”, because, you know - MONDAY. .
