Matt: Dang girl, those letters are…I didn’t think it was this…hateful.

Rose: Ah…It’s nothing really. 

Matt: Stop being so chill !! I’ll do something abt this…Anyways, I found 3 threats similar to the note? I can tell one was written by Monica and the 2 others were written by the Rhodes twins. 

Rose: Mmm, isn’t Monica in jail? 

Matt: Yeah, for murdering her father after his won at the trial. So, the Rhodes twins? Now that I think about it, it kinda makes sense. Their mother was kidnapped and then killed by one of your ex-client, right? 

Rose: Yes, he took 10 years instead of 18 if I remember correctly? 

Matt: That was truly something, your performance was…amazing~ My favorite right after Pauline’s. Pauline’s trial was legendary…

Rose: I can give u an autograph later ;) I have the Rhodes’s folders with me, we have to meet Alicia.

Rose: By “involved with me at work” I meant…umm. I’m a criminal defense lawyer, in others terms, I’m..a lawyer for criminals. So well, other than Internet haters, the ones who hate me the most are victims. At the end of a trial, if I win, I’ll often hear things like “She can’t understand because she hasn’t been through what we’ve been through” or “She wasn’t the one attacked, so of course, she doesn’t care”. Things kinda similar to the note found.

Alicia: This makes sense now. Any idea of- ?

Rose: Well, I’ve heard that so many times, I can’t have any specific name in mind… But, we do have some information about that person. Matt, do you understand?

Matt: Yeah. Working with criminals taught me one thing: Criminals are just repeating endlessly what they’ve been through on others.Basically, what I’m saying is “Rapists have been raped”… I can easily tell that the person who kidnapped Samuel has been in one of our family cases. Otherwise, he would have attacked Rose directly. And if he chose to kidnap Samuel and not to kill him right away, it’s probably because of that too. 

Rose: We can search for those families cases in our old files…
