I really have to give My opinion on this. Like you guys know the scene where Debra confesses her feelings for Dexter? People always point out that it's really weird and worst plot ever blah blah but it really shows how vulnerable she was that she was manipulated by her therapist. She does love Dexter but not in a romantic way, they are brother and sister, that is not changing, doesnt matter theyre not blood related but they are still siblings. Debra was just confused because a lot was going on in her life so she just thought that.
