lizalaforet replied to your post: yes, the ending of Transistor is beautiful and...
you cant just mention a ridiculous miracle combo and not spill it
ok here’s what I’ve got!! This might not be exactly right ‘cause I had to shift some things around for Royce (vs a normal battle--I’m Bad at collecting cells so I usually have Get() on passive), but:
Passives are Bounce() and Crash(), I think?
Active functions are Crash(); Breach() with Flood() and Ping() as updates; Void() with Purge() as an update; and Jaunt() with Tap() and Help().
Then y’just Jaunt() into backstabbing position, hit him with a Void(), a Crash(), and fill the rest of the Turn() with Breach()s--more Breach()s than normal because of Ping().
It does uh I don’t know how much damage, but more than 1300 for sure!
I'm looking at the full baccano timeline you did on the wiki and i'm totally blown away. there's so much detail and all these small things I didn't pick up on, and putting them in order must be difficult since, well, it's Narita we're dealing with. You've worked so hard on so many things and with the new reddit wiki I have to say that your dedication is just really incredible. im just gushing now but you are a pillar of this community and I want you to know that everything you do is appreciated!
Oh man…I’m no “pillar of this community,” but thank you for your kind words. The timeline is something that’s always undergoing revision - heck, after I saw your inbox message I went back and added some more dates/events (e.g. how TFP was dismantled on the day Prohibition ended). But I’m humbled that you went and checked out not only the timeline but the new r/Baccano wiki as well. I’m hoping that we’ll be able to draw some new subscribers to r/Baccano, and that the new wiki will be a good foundation for things to come there.
Well, we’ll see. There might be a new Baccano! rewatch starting over on r/anime on May third, and I’m hoping to participate it in it like I did last year's - only this time I’ll be plugging r/Baccano too. Assuming I find the time to participate. I’ll try.
random idea: maybe the reason graham ordered milk of all things is because he doesnt drink alcohol? he would lose all his motor skills when taking things apart and might accidentally damage something, which he would hate.
That makes a lot of sense! For how chaotic Graham appears to be, when you look at his actions he’s surprisingly controlled. He knows his own strength and the milk thing could be one of the preventative measures he takes to make sure he only dismantles or damages exactly what he intends to.
!!! feel better soon mizar! tons of love and support heading your way, im glad everything went well. <3
❤️ getting better a little every day, thank u for the support !!
Etsusa Bridge?
This is hard because I like everyone, so I’m just gonna go with Ginga (because of what he did) or that guy who sold Kelly (because how dare you!!??!!), also the fact that it’s only five books long (even though that’s not a person)
lizalaforet replied to your post “wow between yuri on ice and killing stalking, there’s a lot of angry...”
Killing stalking is korean so its not really yaoi? I agree that everything is a mess tho
I believe it is being read by yaoi fans
lizalaforet replied to your post: who’s got Transistor tags for me to look through ...
you finished it?
I did! Tuesday and last night it was pretty much the only thing I did after work, lol. Dinner, then Transistor, then bed.
