It makes me wonder how much of our personality is informed by our memories and experiences. Eating another immortal absorbs their knowledge and memories--did Szilard get influenced by each immortal he devoured? Was he slightly more thuggish after absorbing Dallas’s goon than he was before? He seems to have compartmentalized things, at least. But it makes me wonder how eating Szilard would influence Firo. That’s a biiiiiiig locus of evil he’s taking into his soul.
