New Quirk Name: Gene Splice

This Transformation type Quirk activates whenever the user touches another Quirk user. When they do, they can then copy the Quirk of the target. The user can then replicate the specific parts of the target related to their Quirk, popping off their own part to replace it with the new one. The Quirk works best with other Quirks based on specific body parts, such as "Erasure" or "Explosion". The replaced part will look like the original's, such as having their eye color. The user can store up to five Quirks like this, may access them at any point, and will instantly learn how to use said abilities. The user can even use multiple Quirks from different body parts at the same time. After a period of time, the new part will be replaced with the user's old one. This gives the user a strong mix of options, able to constantly adjust and reinvent themselves with the powers of other people. They can copy the Quirks of enemies to learn about them, pull out new tricks in a fight, replicate intensive powers for allies, use Quirks in tandem with each other, or just heal themselves from being damaged. Though the user will need to gather up Quirks to use and deal with all their downsides. These additional parts will die off once they are used, only lasting a matter of minutes. This gets even faster if the user tries to bring out even more Quirks.

I don't know why people say that kaminari & mina are canon gyaru, I haven't seen information about, but there's actual gyaru character! (she was gyaru and probably finished being gyaru after 8 years)

Setsuna Tokage. She’s an interesting character, her quirk is called ‘Lizard Tail Splitter’ which means she can separate pieces of her body and move them around  telekinetically, also she can regenerate the pieces! Weird, but cool! (original pic isn’t mine, I believe its a manga recolor, but I tried to find where the original came from and both places led me to a place that tried to give my computer a virus)

So with Captain Celebrity's Flight... do you think the Flight & Barrier are distinct abilities like Nagant's Rifle Arm and Hair Bullets? Or is it the barrier itself that grants flight? Because how it's described, it seems like they are distinct things that work to make the quirk function as a whole rather than a singular power.

So, when it comes to Quirks, you only get one ability. Everything else about is meant to support this one ability in some fashion. Anything else it does is merely how the ability forms or is applied. If there are some alternate features as a part of Bakugou doesn't have some bizarre mutation that makes his arms stronger. It's that way because he'd break his arms otherwise. Setsuna can heal any missing parts because otherwise, her Quirk would be near useless. The Lady Nagant example is especially confusing. She can make a gun from her arm. Why wouldn't she have some other method to make bullets for it? Granted, there are some Quirks we don't know a lot about or can be confusing. Like with "Flight". That makes a barrier around the body that grants flight. The Quirk is how the ability forms. The user can spread that barrier to other people to both protect them and fly with them as well. It's like Tactile Telekinesis. At least, that's the way it makes the most sense to me.

Steel and Lizard Tail Splitter? I think they’re both from the same place and Class B needs some more inner class combinations.

I could mention how this sounds like it can from Monoma, but I'm too distracted by the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance reference I'm about to make.

New Quirk Name: Metal Parts

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to split off parts of their body. After doing so, the user can turn them into metal, improving their strength and durability. The parts can travel out of short ranges from the user. The user still has control over them and can move them within that range, like looking around a corner through their eye. These parts works through a kind of magnetism, letting the user pull them back and forth at high speeds. This gives the user a good mix of options, their metal parts giving them plenty of variety. They can easily damages, hit enemies hard with their body parts, send out small body parts to look around, send them out to intercept attacks, augment their close quarters attacks, or just make easy jokes about their body parts. Though these parts can get stuck or prevented from returning to the user. The user has a weakness to electricity or others kinds of magnetism based Quirks that can disrupt their ability to move the metals parts.

New Quirk Name: Phase Out or Phase Splitter

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to make parts of their body intangible, shown by a clear outline. The user can apply this selectively, such as only doing part of their head. The user cannot touch anything, but can still perceive through them. If the user makes them tangible, it will push away both targets from each other, dealing no damage. The user can push the intangible parts away from their solid ones, temporarily pushing them outwards. This gives the user a good mix of utility and mobility, sneaking parts of their body past whatever is in their way. They can sneak in parts to spy on people, narrowly avoid attacks, push enemies away with their parts, or just do magic tricks with them. Though whenever the user removes part of their body, it will rapidly lose its function, and the user will need to return it to normal for it to work again. This effect becomes much worse the more of the body the user applies it to, with full-body usage potentially making them collapse.
