Snails’ World of Slime Tour Comes to Terminal 5 on Saturday Night
Making a kind of dance music he calls “vomitstep”—“guttural bass gurgles, crushing 808s and synthesizers oscillated well past the point of absurdity,” per Billboard—Montreal electronic producer-DJ Frédérik Durand has been moving people to the dance floor as Snails for more than half a decade. His seven-song Slimeageddon EP (stream it here) arrived just about a year ago. He’s collaborated on several new singles this year and has again hit the road with his traveling dance party. His World of Slime Tour comes to NYC—with Rusko, Jayceeoh, Hi I’m Ghost and Lizzy Jane—on Saturday night at Terminal 5.
