Someday, I will be able to spend my birthday doing only the things I want to do. I won't have any graduations to go to (mine or otherwise), no one else's surprise party, I won't have to run errands or spend my time driving to Selma, or anything else.

Someday I'll be able to wake up when I want, go out to lunch and buy some new DVDs or books, and spending the day with friends and family, watching movies and eating sweets, doing whatever is I feel like doing and that's it.

Someday maybe, just maybe not this year... Oh well

Tempted to make a side blog about my dumb as nails cat..

Give me a blanket and say good bye, as reality crashed down on top of me, because I need to hide away from it all and wish it all away.

I have two hours till the cute little used book store closes down town, should I stay home and work on my report and finish the two other books I have or spend two hours buying new books, hmmm decisions decisions.

You know what I more than anything? A lazy day with the person I love. Just a mellow, quite day siting on the couch watching TV shows and talking about nothing and everything, or even just sitting in the same room playing on our computers or reading a book and making faces at each other. Exchanging kisses and holding hands throughout the day. Because that is what a piece of heaven looks like. And if you don't think so, then I would love to hear what your heaven looks like.

Apparently there is a saying among my friends that I was unaware of... Instead of WWJD (What Would Jesus Do) it's "What Would Lizzy Do"

...

Not quite sure what to think about that..

Never once did I feel like I couldn't cosplay something because I wasn't the 'right size' or wasn't 'skinny enough'

But other apparently feel like I should, and now I see myself much less fit for the cosplays I want to do

I hope this feeling will pass...

Can't people just enjoy a good (popular) movie and not pick it apart for every tiny flaw? Like do you really need to do a character analysis and list all of the terrible things the author/director were TOTALLY hinting at, or how it's so awful that there's another movie that contributes to social Norms? I mean seriously, you have every right not to like a movie for whatever reason, but that doesn't mean you should purposely look for things to dislike to persuade others who legitimately enjoy it (for it's flaws and it's finer points) that it is a 'horrendous' movie. Not every little detail is a commentary on social issues that may or may not be applicable to the universe of that movie. I mean, Eesh!
