( , will this work?)I was walking along in the park just thinking. College had been rough lately and I needed a break. I was getting to be so stressed so I decided a nice walk would be helpful. I was admiring some pretty flowers when I ran right into someone. “Oh my goodness. I am so so sorry. I wasn’t paying any attention!” I say, flustered.
Dark was just returning back from his job, his entire body aching. He couldn’t wait until he finally plopped himself into a nice hot tub and finally go to bed. It wasn’t that he disliked his job, it was just exhausting sometimes.
He was torn away from the stream of thoughts when someone ran into him, soon enough finding out it was a lady. He wasn’t angry at her though and he offered her a kind smile. “Don’t worry about it, it’s alright.”

Keep your business integrity intact. If you don't refund them, they have fire to use against you and possibly give you a bad reputation. I know you put a lot of your time and work into it, but stay professional. Refund, explain, block and report. Maybe make a rule in the future saying if this happens again, you have the right to not refund? Just a thought...You're a good person, & we're proud of you for standing up for whats right. Good luck.
