This is Snap (he/they pronouns, please)!
They're a 21 year old opossum, who's a rookie in the League. They joined the League after watching countless tournaments, and fights between the Lethal League and Safety League.
Snap's favorite players are Candyman, Latch and Jet (he also looks up to the Queen). They antagonize Raptor a lot for being such a prideful little jackass.
Snap mostly uses his tail and legs in matches, using his tail for his special to grab and snap the ball at certain angles (hence his name). His tail is prehensile so he can grab the ball fairly easily. They also use it to tease other players.

This is Snap's secret outfit, "Safety Enforcer".
The Safety League not only managed to snuff him out of hiding, they also took him into their custody, brain washed him, and used him to fight against other League players in an attempt to create their idea of a perfect Shine City (because apparently they didn't learn the first time after what happened to Doombox).
Unfortunately for Safety League, Dice and Candyman fought Snap out of it (after getting their shit rocked for a good while, due to whatever the hell Safety League put into Snap's mind), and got Snap to the Lethal League's medical staff.
