Now on a side note, I have read before from various sources that them2 make a LOT of money just to be present on a con. Plus, they get a % of the photo ops, M&G, autographs, etc...This is not the first time that I read about this. But it is the first time that it gathered so much attention.
I’m not mad about the money, from my point of view and also from my country economics status, cons have prices that I will never in my life, dream to reach to pay, not even a photo op. I have been to concerts that are less expensive than a spn con. And I’m talking bands like U2 or Pearl Jam that usually take planes full of equipment and people working for them on tour. And the tickets cost me less money than a them2 photo op. Now, I don’t like them2, but they are doing a job, I think, I don’t agree with the prices that I think are too much...but who am I to judge and to tell people where to spend their money? If they are willing to pay that so be it.
What gets me mad is the double standard of “certain” part of the fandom that called out on Misha for stupid things, like wearing a suit that certainly is wardrobe for filming, but not having a problem paying a photo op for them2 at $429. As I said before their money, their choice. But I don’t accept the hypocrisy and the stupid comments only because they have this hatred towards Misha that they think is justified because of their stupid tin hating. They keep lying and they keep trying to turn the attention to something else when the discourse is not convenient for their unicellular brains.
