   The sound of music caught the monster’s attention. It was... wow... It was beautiful ! She was on one of her “inspiration walks” when she heard the unique sound of a ukulele. There wasn’t anyone she knew of that played such an instrument..... Then again, Sunny didn’t really know many people in Snowdin. Not by name, anyway.

   Snow crunched under the skeleton’s boots as she approached the source of the music. Oh, it was the human she had heard about!  Had she always been here playing? If so then she never noticed until today but she’s glad she noticed now.

   “That sounds really nice..." She mumbled, sitting across from the human. “Sorry for interrupting, I just couldn’t help but hear how lovely that sounds! Have you been down here long? Because I don’t think I’ve heard you playing before.”

* if you ever wondered why mettaton's boots were so high up? prime example. * all the fancy kick moves he uses run a risk of sending his boot off at mach 5 towards some unsuspecting crowdgoer if they're any shorter.

sans hesitates , seeing the poor human chattering away  .  oh dear  !!  he had not been aware that humans were this vulnerable  .  he would have to be double careful with them  !

sans’ grin is forced as he’s looking at his brothers favorite puzzle , bashed to absolute pieces  .  that , uh  .  wasn’t supposed to be what happened , was it  ?  looking up at the human , sans couldn’t help but run a hand along the nape of his neck  (  the creases of a scar much too familiar to him  )  as he’s trying to think of a way to get around what just happened  .

wincing , sans is rubbing at his neck  .  trying to think this through  .

perhaps they would not be in so much trouble -

    “  AH HAH  !!!  I HAVE THE PERFECT SOLUTION  !  “

sans zipped past the human , his mind still racing as he left for his room , returning back with a small box  .  opening it , there lay a plethora of pranks , practical joke articles , and many , many more items of amusement  .

    “  IT IS FROM YEARS OF CONFISCATION  !!!  “

he explains , as if needing justification  .

    “  IF YOU JUST DISTRACT HIM WITH SOME OF THESE  !  I , THE MAGNIFICENT SANS , WILL BE ABLE TO FIX THIS UP IN NO TIME  !!!  “

or by the stars he hopes he’ll be able to .
