LLGSIP FUNDS DISTRIBUTION IN GOILALA.

LLGSIP stands for Local Level Government Service Improvement Projects.

Just like DSIP, every year each LLG gets its allocation (termed as LLGSIP) from the National Government.

It was K500,000.00 until Peter Oneil and Co decided to trim that down to K100,000.00.

COMPETITION IS HEALTHY. DISCUSSION ON EDUCATION IN GOILALA GOES DEEPER - Patrick D Ghorok.

My call for competition was directed at sharing responsibilities and taking full ownership.

In terms of management of schools, in my personal view, competition is healthy. When you compete with nobody in this sense, you do things without realizing they are wrong. On the other hand, its unhealthy in terms of improving learning standards.
