Hi! I stumbled upon your blog while trying to gather info to start working on fairies, im glad i did, this is a lovely blog❤️ And also, may i ask about The Thing? I love personal experience stories and id love to hear yours please:-3

awww thank u ur so sweet!! ❤️ and yes of course! The Thing is some kind of being/spirit that lives in the coat closet of my house and causes general mischief and such. It’s probably fae of some kind, but ive been so focussed on the fae in my garden that ive never communicated with it. i first noticed it bc my dog would randomly freak out and start barking when there was nothing around and no one outside my house (or even on my entire street) and i noticed she was barking at the closet and not the front door. At first I was kinda worried that it was malevolent bc she gets rly defensive and all her hair stands up when she barks at it, but i think it’s just sort of unknown to her. the stuff that happens is doors will randomly stop latching for literally no reason and then start again, (??) which is a slight problem. we have a family friend staying w us and his dog chases our cats, so when no one is home we like to put him in the basement, and we’ll shut him down there and all tug on the door to make sure it’s secure, only to find him out when we come back home lol. things vanish and reappear a lot, and the tv randomly turns on and off or mutes/unmutes itself. ill probably try to communicate with it soon and find out more about it c:

Hi Miss Citrus :) I've gotten back into drawing after watching some of my favorite movies, and I noticed how much I've declined in my work comparing with my past stuff and I was wondering How do I make my stuff more dynamic and vivid and how do I get over art block? Thanks so much:)

Hello friend!  owo  Don’t worry, that kind of thing will happen from time to time and I’ve been through plenty, haha.  I’m trying to draw more dynamic poses myself, and it’s got a lot to do with learning how close up and how far away things should be depending on the pose, and understanding the human body from every angle and adjusting it’s structure to your style.  I like pausing scenes from a movie/show to study the pose and sketch it out for future refs, and the same goes for comic books, (DC and Marvel comics personally) - After you have a collection of dynamic poses, you can start branching out by illustrating original poses based upon what you’ve learned.When it comes to art blocks I will always suggest the same thing - draw something you’ve never drawn before!  It’s a great opportunity to try new things and to expand your drawing knowledge, you'll feel a lot more refreshed.  uwu  I hope these tips help you!!
