Headcanons about LLWUO - Relationships
**I’ve read all the manga that’s out so could have spoilers/get confused if you’ve only watch the anime**
Omota Uramichi
- as we’ve seen in manga and bit in anime, he’s very curious about art even if he’s not the best at it so he’d be interested anyone who works in the arts or has hobbies involving art
- he’s seen gardening (albeit we’ve only seen him grow shiso and such) so he’d like if his S/O had some knowledge or willingness to to learn about gardening herbs
- I honestly don’t think he’d care if his S/O worked out or not, mostly due to the fact he doesn’t seem to actually enjoy it, he’s just good it
- He likes weird/odd movies and he’d like watching and discussing them with S/O
- I’d say he’d have to be with someone who is independent and doesn’t need constant assurance though I think later on he’d be more clingy and need assurance
- He wouldn’t care if his S/O could cook or not, same with cleaning. Though I think he’d appreciate if he came home to a nice meal and bath
- He’d be more comfortable with someone who is okay with his drinking and also drinks themselves, but if you didn’t like to drink or just don’t, it wouldn’t be a deal breaker. The smoking, I do think if he got involved with someone his opinion and what he does would largely depend on how they feel about it, though I think he’d quit cold turkey if children were involved.
- On the topic of kids, his opinion would be also based on his partner, he’d be fine with kids and without. Though I think he wouldn’t want to have a lot of children (like only 1 or 2) I also think he’d be girl dad
- I also don’t think he’s to bent on getting married but I think if he was in a long term relationship he would gravitate to it just due to tradition but I think if his S/O really didn’t want marriage or really did, I don’t think he’d care to much and would go with whatever made them happy.
Kumatani Mitsuo
- First and foremost, you have to get along with his brother, this is the MOST important thing to him (reminds me of Dean and Sam but without the trauma)
- He’d love it if you liked cats and even had your own. I personally think not liking cats, not wanting or not being able to have one would be a deal breaker
- Is into really weird movies (he’s evidently the one who introduce Uramichi) and would love to watch them with you
- Would like to take you fishing with him even you just kept him company but he’d love of you joined him or wanted to learn
- One that note, he’d cook you dinner with his catch/your catch.
- He’s definitely more of an “ actions speak louder than words “ kinda guy, he’s definitely would prefer quality time and I personally think he’d struggle with putting his thoughts and feelings into words most the time (as we’ve seen when he tries to give advice to Uramichi, he often thinks or says ‘I think’ or ‘I guess’)
- He’d be very protective of you, even if it was Usahara making the comments
- Definitely more for quiet dates over loud outgoings, but wonder totally take you Nekota’s Bar or the Mud Boat
- I personally headcanon that he volunteers and/or donates to animal shelters, mostly due to the fact he has cared for stray cats in the past
- he’d get along/ be interested in someone who works with animals or has passion for them
Usahara Tobikichi
- He’s very loud and energetic, but is also insecure and immature, so he’d need someone who’s more grounded but is still able to keep up with him
- Is incredibly affectionate and clingy, he doesn’t mind PDA but wouldn’t go too far with it unless he’s drunk
- Definitely likes going out and doing things. Would love to go to cafés, arcades, malls, maybe even the pachinko parlor if you’re willing
- Loves Gyarus (canon) and would love if you were part of that culture or any type of alternative culture
- Has a curiosity of pop culture but has an awful attention span so you if are, you’ll have to do a lot of explaining so he’d keep up but once you got past that he’d definitely talk about it with you
- LOVES to gossip, so if you’re a big chismoso, that’s ok he is too and would love to hear any work or family drama and would definitely spill some right back
- Loves to make you laugh and would mess with Uramichi if he thought it’d make you laugh, much Uramichi’s distain
- To add on, would totally introduce you to Kumatani and Uramichi, at first to rub it in but would secretly hope you would all get along so he could bring you to get-togethers with them
