Man i don't think it's heated rivalry fans specifically who don't view crosby as a real person as opposed to a doll to play with,i think the sheer amount of posts that have come across my dash over the almost 4 years I've been a hockey fan made by people that can't see or post a single photo of him without saying he's in heat or showing hole or whatever kinda indicate that this is not a tendency specific to heated rivalry fans and has in fact basically always existed. I think heated rivalry is just really popular right now and thus that's who and what you're seeing a lot of at the moment, and if heated rivalry didn't exist there would still be people posting like this always all the time forever.

Do you ever get tired of seeing blogs who excuse every single thing Niall does acting like he is genuinely perfect and thinking they’re better fans because they don’t see anything he does as wrong? Because i know i do 🙄 i love Niall with all my heart but the like made me sad and even i, a HUGE fan, can admit he makes mistakes because he’s human and i wish some blogs can stop kissing ass thinking that makes them better fans 😒

I’m not even gonna tag this with a ship tag because it’d be of no use. If they find this then whatevs but anyway, I haven’t here for a long time and seeing this just??? Do they honestly not understand why we were pissed about the ending? I went to check out the notes and the fact that they all believe that the reason we became so salty and angry was because our OTP didn’t become end-game, astounds me. Did they... idk... refuse to see the other posts where we also demanded for Ish.ida’s happiness — did they also ignore our posts where we explained that Ku.bo threw away... what, 15 years of character development? Yes, sure, IR not getting together had a part in all of that anger, but when will they ever understand that it was not the SOLE REASON? At this point, they’re just continually shoving it in our faces that they had one bloody chapter where Ichi.go refers to his wife by her first name after 685 chapters, to which they even barely had any interactions in! Then again, is there anything new? And I LOVE how they act as if they didn’t do shit during that time! Amazing! Didn’t they stalk the tags? Threatened the main IR accounts? Basically ignored everything that Bleach stood for just because those two people became ‘canon’? Wow, way to talk. :)
