Calling him a flamboyant alarm clock is exactly to way to get me to adopt a rooster. Unfortunately, I live downtown and would probably get kicked out of my apartment if i had a rooster.

I have this app called Magic Jack that allegedly will let me call US numbers without it being international. I have not tried it personally, but Mark uses it all the time (and he set it up for me).
