SEASON THREE LMK MORRO DESIGN. LET’S FUCKING GO. FINALLY. AGHH.

Details about Morro’s design under the cut!

-Morro incorporates a lot more purple into his color scheme! It seemed to be the color of the storm amulet in Ninjago (not that Morro knows that), but it’s also a way for them to be like…finding their own style and colors and such.

-It’s also Morro’s way of like. It’s a nod towards dadcaque Macaque

-He gets the new fit at the underwater palace. His other clothes got super ruined anyways. Mei dyes their hair for them!!

-Since Morro’s concealer came off in the aftermath of the crash into the ocean, they have to go around with their markings revealed for a while, which they hate. So those stick around for all of season 3.

-Broom broke, so Morro stole a guandao from one of the guards in the palace. It’s funny because both Morro and Wukong stole their weapons from the same kinda place lol

-Morro gets to have hair ribbons!!! He feels pretty okay! He has an orange ribbon and a green ribbon because he wanted a way to represent Mei and MK through his outfit.

-Honestly Morro is finding his own style through all this, and also accepting the fact that he’s like…he’s a fixture in the dynamic now. He’s not so ready to throw his life away because he has something worth living for, and people who care about him.

-If you’re wondering where the pendant went, he lent it to MK; it was giving Morro bad vibes. He’s trying to free himself from his past and he doesn’t like looking at that pendant.

*maniacal laughter* FINALLY I HAVE FINISHED THE SEASON 1/SEASON 2 REDESIGN FOR MORRO. FUCK YES. ONTO REDESIGNING SEASON 3 OUTFIT.

Ignore the outfit in the right picture, it’s just I wanted to test a brush and that’s where the pattern is from. Plus there’s notes to explain the little details and everything to his design.

Also the broom makes its first debute!!!

I’ve got a whole AU that’s just me throwing Morro into the Lego Monkie Kid universe at the start of season 1. I have nowhere to talk about it and it makes me sad. Please. Give attention to my stupid self-indulgence.
