Description: Red Boy spends the day out with his little girl and Red son who is not having a fun time.
It was Saturday morning as Red son was woken up bright and early by his twin brother's excitement. RB was basically vibrating with glee as he ran through their kitchen packing food. Red son was not eager about today at all as he sipped his coffee.
He had so many better things to do than spend the day with a three year old little girl. He had confirmed she was indeed actually his niece last week but his brother's unwavering excitement had him at his limits. It was all Red boy been talking about. Red boy had only known about her existence for a month and it was non-stop talking about her or her baba. A baba who was the brother of their enemy Noodle boy by the way. The monkey king's successor!
"She's gonna love the amusement park! Shanyao said she's always wanted to go to one! I even found one with a roller coaster she can ride!" Red boy babbled excitedly if he had tail like Red son it would have broken by now.
"Are you sure this is a wise idea brother? Your first day with her without her baba's supervision going to an amusement park?" Red son asked a skeptical of his brother's thought process as he sipped his coffee.
"Yes! I want her to have fun! What's funner than amusement park?" Red boy asked confidently, " Plus you need a break from mother and father's bullshit that's why I'm taking you with me."
" looking for a power source for our father is not bullshit" Red son grumbled as Red boy rolled his eyes. He wasn't really on board with taking over the world. Red boy never had been.
"Just get the stick out your ass and enjoy the day with your niece" Red boy said as he finished packing up.

"Daddy!" Star yelled excitedly as she ran towards Red boy who scooped her up," You're early!"
"Well I didn't want to be late princess" Red boy cooed as he headbutt her gently. She headbutt him back happily as Red son rolled his eyes behind him," and I brought uncle Red son with me! Ignore him he's being grumpy butt."
"Hey!" Red son protested crossing his arms," if you're going to drag me with you today. Don't mock me to my niece!"
"See total grumpy butt" Red boy snickered as Red son smacked his back," only proving my point bro!"
Red son groaned as Shanyao walked over and gave Red Boy a prepared backpack. Shanyao kissed his daughter's cheek before saying, "I packed some extra clothes and snacks just in case and extra shoes in case the ones she's wearing get uncomfortable. The kiddy leash is also in there. Call if you need me alright?"
" of course " Red boy said with a eager yet warm smile. Red son could see it, his expression was for the first time in a long time genuinely happy. Not the fake smile Red boy had worn for him. That was a genuine smile on his brother's face.

"Easy Starshine we got plenty of time " Red boy chuckled as the toddler was shoving cheese fries in her mouth. Red son watched as his brother had her eating on his lap because all the booster seats were taken. So far his brother was doing a surprisingly good job managing little Star.
Star shoved some fries in Red boy's mouth as she yelled happily, "they super goods!"
Red son snorted seeing his brother slight choke on the food shoved in his mouth. Red boy was quick to recuperate wiping his mouth and nuzzle the back of his daughter's head chuckling," Yeah I can tell but I got those for you to eat honey. Please don't shove any more in my mouth ok?"
"Okay" Star said as she went back to eating happily. Just content as could be as Red son just watched how truly happy she unknowingly made his brother. Red son was shocked to see his brother's gentle nature return after so many years of rebellious attitude towards their mother.
Here he was being the sweet caring person Red son remembered. The brother who tried to calm him down with hugs when no one else could get close. The brother who watched butterflies and helped the injured. He was sitting there with Red son's niece who had him wrapped around her little currently cheese covered fingers.
Red son sighed with a smile on his face. Though he wasn't a huge fan of how he became an uncle. He was happy to see a genuine smile on his brother's face.
