Can’t See The End

Let it be known that Minghao was not one to engage in foolish commoners’ ordeals and that he had no intention of seeking out the endeavours of the seasons, the games and folly that came along with such occasions. In fact it was a miracle that he had dared to show his figure in a place such as this one, and as usual, the only person who could make him go out of his way was right next to him.
Tzuyu was the one who had shown him the pamphlet that described the event, asked him if he was going, and then, foolish as she was, suggested that he didn’t want to go because he was scared. Absolute rubbish. He couldn’t stand by and accept such slander, and thus he saw no choice but to attend.
But something was strange.
The way the girl by his side was bouncing around from stall to stall like an excitable rabbit made him suspect something that he could definitely use for his own benefit. “Wait,” Minghao ordered and grabbed his sister’s collar before she was about to hop off to some kind of food stall. A sly smile appeared on his face. “Could it be you dragged me along to this because you really wanted to go but didn’t feel like going on your own?”
